Our Story (The Journey)
Skill2Scale was born out of a simple question: “What if African youth didn’t need to leave the continent to thrive?”
We started as a small coaching initiative, helping a few people land freelance gigs. Over time, we realized that talent was never the problem — access, structure, and support were. That’s why we built Skill2Scale — to make digital opportunities accessible, practical, and life-changing.
Today, we’ve trained over 2,500 learners across 15+ African countries — and we’re just getting started.
